The starter plan is free forever: every module, five branches, two thousand members. There is no trial clock, no billing page, and no module locked behind payment. Institutional needs beyond those limits would be handled with the platform team, not an automatic charge.
Your church does. The workspace is isolated per church, structured to be exportable (CSV exports ship in the finance modules), and no personal data is sold or mined — the audit trail exists so *you* can watch any access, not so we can.
Ordinary PHP 8.2+ and MySQL 8 — cPanel shared hosting, XAMPP/WAMP for a local office machine, Apache or Nginx. There's no Node.js toolchain, no Docker requirement, and all assets are served locally so it keeps working on an offline network.
